BMI's website tells you when you go to select which flight you want on a particular day what aircraft it will be.
If you hover your curser over the flight number, it says in the bar at the bottom of ur internet browser. Although for some reason if you click on the flight number, the popup that appears has all the flight info minus the aircraft type

BMI Manchester flights use 321 and 320, occasionally 319, and very occasionally at weekends the F100 and Embraer.
The most accurate source of information, barring short-term unplanned changes, is to look at the downloadable Star Alliance timetable here :

You can download the complete timetable for BMI and others. The aircraft types shown for each flight seem to be as accurate as you can get for about a month two ahead at least - sometimes it's different types on a flight each week, particularly at weekends. It's much more accurate than anything BMI themselves produce. You need to update the download about once a month to ensure continuing accuracy.

BMI still have 4 fokker 100s, and there are no immediate plans until after summer of getting rid of them
