Saudia has a B777 assigned to VIP support, it spends a lot of time operating for the Ambassador based in London.
STN was probably chosen due to lack of slots in LHR or a more flexible departure time frame.

I forget the B777 assigned, but think its AKG.

As for the 74SP, still have three in operation.

Is that the 'SP with the gold plated exhaust cones (those pointy bits at the back of the engines), chaff dispensers and lots of other suspicious appendages. Seem to remember it also had the camel hump.

It's a regular visitor visitor to Geneva along with assorted MD11's and '757's.

In LHR, there are several 777s doing private ambassador flights, I reckon this is only because the saudi royal family have so much dosh, they don't know how to use it efficently, If they would give some away occasionally, that would be great but seeing their old aircraft in LHR occasionally does me alright.
These aircraft being with
74sp
74200s
74300s
74400s

L1011s
MD-90s
