Missed Chances
What have you had the chance to fly on and regret not having done so.
To start off
The old Brymon Birmingham - Gatwick flight was operated by a citation for a while, nearest I've ever got to a flight in an exec jet (or ever likely to!)
The Viscount, always seemed to have a bit of class

There are a few! I had the luck to fly on the viscount, and it was a touch of class. loved the HUGE oval windows, when the a/c banked i was worried i might fall out !!! lol
I would really have loved to have flown on the VC-10 and the Trident. Although they havent completely disapered i would also like to fly on the 727, and to have another flight on my beloved Tristar would be a dream, my all time fav.

Because of my ancient age I've been lucky enough to fly on almost all airliners from the Ambassador to Concorde. My three notable exceptions are the Lockheed Constellation, Bristol Britannia and the VC-10. If I got my act together I could still achieve two of those. I'd also like to experience some of the bizjets.

Damn.
However, I've had many fantastic experiences from an F-18 over the prairies to a float plane flight up to the Comox glacier - not to mention a few great airline trips on the flight decks pre 9/11.

None, I've jumped at the chance for anything that might be considered by some (and not by others) as "out of the ordinary". The more interesting ones as pax have included:
VC10, Herc, Chinook, Wessex, Andover, IL18, S61N, Gulfstream 5,
Tu134, Trislander, Trident, 707, 1-11, 727, F27, TriStar (last 6 mentioned, as either rare or gone forever these days).
Actually, bugger, there is one....Concorde. Really wish I'd done it now.

I am not aware of any services in the UK or Europe which are operated by executive/corporate aircraft. If you really want to experience flying on a bizjet, and if you're loaded, there are plenty of operators happy to fly you in the UK - in everything from a little Raytheon Premier One to a Global Express, or even BBJ 2!

Missed Chances
Have been lucky enough whilst hanging around on the African continent to fly on
Harvard, DC3, DC4, Carvair,G1 (John Travolta`s) and last but not least instructing on a J3 Cub, airfield elevevation 5500` which makes for lively moments on a warm day!

I'll conveniently forget the year, but I spent a summer working at the BOAC ticket office in Newcastle, during which time Dan-Air had a Saturday Ambassador flight to the Isle of Man via Carlisle. The Newcastle-Carlisle one-way fare was a modest eighteen shillings (90p) and no taxes.
Every week for ten weeks I told myself that I would make the trip the following weekend (fly there, come back on the train) and every weekend I put it off - until my posting was finished and I had missed out.

I always wished I'd had an opportunity to fly on a 707. I'm not even sure why. It just seems like it would be a great airliner to experience. I feel lucky to have flown aboard a Pan Am 747-100 back in the day and pretty much every type of boeing, douglas and lockheed airliner since then but the great 707 still eludes me.
