Antonov at BRU

I've been wondering about the Antonov which has been sitting for about a month right in the middle of a taxyway leading to the military installations at BRU.
Not that it bothers me (except from an aesthetical point of view: the thing is ugly), but I was wondering how the military can accept to have their main access to a runway beeing blocked for such a long time. Can't the airport authorities just move it out of the way?
Also, how long does it take for an aircraft to sit outside without maintenance before it rots beyond repairs.

Its another one thats impounded like the ADB airframe in GooseBay. Its to do with outstanding debts of the Ukrainians not the airline itself. The aircraft as an "asset" has been seized and the debarcle is set to go on for a long time yet! There could possibly be more seizures.

Several other threads in FreightDogs & Rumours have been posted about these occurances.
