becoming a pilot

I would like to become a corporate pilot. Some of my friends and neighbors who are pilots, said that aviation colleges are bad, such as Embry Riddle, what kind of education would be recommended, to have the greatest chance on getting a successful job...

You'll probably find that you'll get a better response from the Wannabees Forum (though I think this one might be more taylored for the European market) or the North American Forum. I could offer you advice (of a limited extent) on the European system but there are many in a better position than myself in the wannabees.
