Hello,

Remember awhile ago a video was around of an Air Portugal A321 trying to land in Lisbon when it was caught in turbulence over the rwy, well im sure you all seen the video, but here's the pictures:

Yes I think many of us have seen this clip.

I've sometimes wondered if this is showing the directional control issue that A321s had when using full flap in crosswinds close to the limit at minimum approach speeds, which caused the type to be taken off the BMI BHD schedules for some months as full flap is apparently needed there under some circumstances, and which I believe was fixed with an aircraft software revision.

Any A321 crews have an opinion ?
