The latest word is that it costs $9000 USD for the complete 25 day Type Rating course, including checkride. All in the box, you'll never have to leave the ground nor "kick the tires."

ANZ used to have a Classic sim, but that was years ago, I'm not sure if they still have it.
I used to use it for some of my renewals when I worked for Air Pacific. I vaguelly remember the last ANZ Classic leaving around 2000 odd .... ?
