Bombing in Madrid

I'd like to express my condolences to those people killed and injured in Madrid this morning. Living out here in Madrid , I can see the shock and horror that this incident has caused.
Obviously, the people responsible must be caught and tried according to due process, however, I now hope that the Spanish police/security forces will take airport and other transport security more seriously. Passing through Spanish airports regularly, I am amazed a "nasty" like this hasn't happened previously.
I would request that anybody that posts a reply not go into specifics of any security lapses here in Spain.....
