Hi, I was wondering if there´s anyone here from SPain who´s been hired by BA based in Spain. Wanted to know how are terms and conditions, average total monthly payslip, average block hours and duty hours monthly, average overnights monthly, average flying days and standby´s a month, how many days per month and how many days off in a block do you get, can you request days off, is it easy to make swaps, and do you get any ID/staff travel benefits?
I know its a lot of questions but any info would be appreciated.
