Conflict at Vueling over Results
Vueling pilots are getting angry over the 47 Million profit and huge profit taking by managers while ......
Standby trainee FO pilots are being sent to different bases to be on standby with no where to stay and no pay. No rights as they have no Vueling contracts.
Amazing doing training with pilots and they do not have contracts with the company.
Slave cadets lving in vans.
Que pasada.
Por fin los pilotos estan preparando para tomar acción durante Semana Santa

Vueling pilots not monkeys.
Many Vueling captains not too bad off and there are european companies that have worse conditions for captains.
There are a lot of experienced captains and Fo's at vueling who are quite and competent.
It is up to vueling training captains to make sure there is a decent standard.
New cheapo FO's who signed these trash slave contracts monkeys.
According to a source the union guys are very pissed off and there recent agreement and talks with their big brother at Sepla Iberia means the situation has changed.
Many pilots in Sepla are insulted by this level 6. A movement is underway.

letter from Alex cruz
perrito and co.
just before the pilots signed and voted for the collective agreement
Alex Cruz wrote a letter to the pilots copied below in part
Si por necesidades de crecimiento superior al previsto, que esperemos así suceda con la firma del Convenio, la empresa necesitara contratar First Officers de alta experiencia, se considerará la incorporación de dichas personas a nivel superior al nivel 6.
It was necessary to hire FO's of higher experience and not enough very few have been hired as they expected level 6
