electronic logbook
I am thinking of not using paper logbook anymore and just log my flights on a computer and then print them. Do you think the DGCA will dislike this?

The DGCA does not give you the job so they can go and F*** themselves.
I asked a long time ago when I was considering working for a Spanish carrier and one of the bosses of the Spanish CAA told me they would convert the license straight away, no objections.
With regards to the hours all you need is the airline to accept them. They will ask you is the log book is valid and that is all.
The DGCA cares about the license. The airline takes care of your hours.
P.d. I am assuming you have an ATPL.
