As far as I know, it all depends on the Captain.
There are some routes that are a definitely no, no but on domestic ones...

When i travelled to Cuba last summer, they let me in, but a friend of mine who went to Barcelona a pair of months ago couldnt get in.

Thanks for the info. I spoke with Iberia Ops today and all is good. My company allows extra crew as well.
