If you happen to know of any Interesting Commercial Real Estate Projects in Spain for sale or joint venture please let IPG know especially if the principals are looking to expand or require an equity infusion.

We would also be very interested in an operating Resort where freehold apartments could be sold particularly oceanfront or on a golf course.

We are in the very preliminary stages of our due diligence and would be pleased to receive suggestions from anybody.
