RIP Ken Mattingly
Haven't got a link at the mo, but Ken Mattingly, almost Apollo 13 CM pilot and Apollo 16 CM pilot has gone. Plus two Shuttle missions.
Seriously thin on the ground now for those who have left the immediate environs of our planet.

The entire Apollo 8 crew still with us...!
...Don't forget (and TBF the NASA obit mention this) in addition to his involvement in Apollo he had two Space Shuttle flights on his CV. The second one (STS-51-C) was the first dedicated DoD mission, some details of which AFAIK are still classified.
