What's your experience level? Where do you intend to work? Why are you getting the type rating?
If you have unlimited money and wish to shoot for greater levels of training, by all means, seek out type ratings.
What's your background thus far? Do you have the qualifications and experience to go get hired somewhere? If not, perhaps you should seek that first before you seek a type rating.
