North Weald - The End?

Sqn Ldr Squadron of North Weald has heard that several of the residents of this fine airfield have been approched by guess whom........ yep, you've got it.......... the dreaded property developers, who are well known for their preservation of historic airfields and not in the slightest bit interested in building houses!!! However we need not panic yet - they have allegedly agreed to keep the airfield in its present state - hum!!!!! So from now on when you come against this dreaded breed think not property developer - think airfield manager! At present the airfield is still operational, but no guarantees that you may not bump into the odd bulldozer in the coming months.
