I am glad to read that the highly regarded Capt. G. Puppel has found his tie-down after retirement and I also respect that his mind is not up to supporting and updating his website (Gerd Puppel) any longer - but is there really no other solution than closing down this website for good?

I'm sure that I am not the only one who regularly downloaded these extremely useful charts. They were a very helpful resource for planning and conducting flights far away from home and I would have gladly paid a reasonable fee for this quality service.
Just came home from a trip where we used the 'Puppel Charts' in finding another useful frequency in order to contact ATC in Africa...

Does anybody have an idea how to save this excellent website? I would be glad to take part in this. PM me, anybody please!
