A pointless exercise which proves absolutely nothing, except that it is probably very expensive to stage.
I would be more interested if my car could beat the one beside me at the traffic lights.

Following JEM's lead, I had some preppie Nancy Boy pull up next to me in his brand new Beemer. Two lanes converged into one within 200 yards. At the Green, I jumped on it and beat him to the merge.
At the next light, I said that I thought his car was pretty fast for a Hundai.
Dirty looks.

I drive a Ford Freestyle Crossover. Doesn't look quick, but once the Continuously Variable Transmission kicks in -and at 6000 RPM- you jump like a Jack Rabbit.
Actually, I suspect the BMW is faster. He just wussed out.
