House Swapping

I am approaching retirement, and my wife and I would like to spend an extended period (6 to 8 months) in UK/ Europe, probably during 2005. Does anyone know of any schemes arranging home swaps for retired pilots? I believe IFALPA used to have some such scheme several years ago.
Any suggestions welcome.
