Many fail in the sim suggest you rent an a320 sim before your interview

Any news? How is roster and salary? And what about the life in Macau?

If you can't get to a 320 sim at least remember this : the Bus is unlike any other aeroplane with a joystick, when you have the attitude (or bank) you want, centralise the stick (or let it go). If you're all over the place like a mad woman's 5hit, again, release the stick. PIO will sink you and is easy to get. Good luck

Hiring sim

Do yourself a favor & get some sim time but don't tell the assessors you rented a full motion sim.

The sim isn't hard, just takes concentration.

Hi, just curious about why it'd be better not to say if i hired a sim. I mean, i used to think spending money and practicing for an airline's assessment as a plus in the interview.

I have about 1100 hrs. on A320, and going to the interview this month. Although i am experienced in my own size, i also rented some sessions to dust-off my handling, since i'm not currently flying. I was considering to say that, in case they asked me how i prepared for that particular screening.

I'd appreciate if you share your opinion on this.

4/5 fail so better brush up. Lots of sky gods there, many are arrogant for such a small company.
