Unic Aviation China

Hi guys,

Does anyone heard about that agent. They are advertising for FO jobs in China

Thanks

Never heard of them but see the name all over China jobs - but I see no replies?

Unic, Smile, Apas, Chinapilots........... There are dozens, new ones popping up all the time. Most have no pilots currently on contract in China. Apas I believe might have one now.

When I applied in China over two years ago there were just as many, but the names were different.

I highly recommend Parc or Wasinc for China. Choosing an agency run by someone who doesn't know the hiring process has a high probability of destroying your chances to work in China, ever, for any carrier.

And Rishworth I wouldn't work for again anywhere on any contract. Notice I said again.

Currently working in China through a "no name" broker, I agree with USMCPROBE - stick to the major brokers, PARC, WASINC - they have "after getting on line" support which is essential.
I don't know about Rishworth but I'd avoid VOR like the plague.
and don't believe all the huge salary per month claims - look at the actual net pay per month and actual vacation days - all the other numbers are annual or end of contract bonuses that you can't count on.

Unic Aviation

I used them to interview with Hainan Airlines. They are very young, inexperienced and not organized. They also do not re-imburse your expenses even when they tell you they will. I have ben waiting for 2 months with nothing returned.

Any updates on UNIC aviation?
Seems they are the only ones hiring for Hainan Airlines

USMCProbe 27th Jul 2013 03:57

That is because real agencies won't recruit for Hainan. Look at Parc and the airlines they recruit for. Parc only recruits for decent airlines.

Saw this on another thread, backs up USMC rather well.

Several small operators in China were trying to force new pilots through APAS and UNIC a year or so ago.

I think they are somebodies brother in law.
