Yup, there are still expat runnin around in Jakarta...I know 3 sets of them flyin for a US outfit under ACMI lease for a local operator flying 727.

Some Argentinians flying with Lion air on the MD-80. I heard one got fired the other day. Sorry to hear that.

Lion are doing very well. Many of my friends work there and the airline is increasing its loads and routes.

They just got Dash-8 and still operating the MD-83.

A rumour has it that some other jet equipment is on the books soon.

Just heard that lion will operate up to 20 MDs in the next year....and will give up the 737.
