Thailand PPL Validation / Air Law Exam
Hi everyone,
I am trying to get my EASA PPL validated in Thailand and have to write the air law exam next week. Is there anyone who has taken this exam (recently)?
Unfortunately I don't have any documents to study other than the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497. Is there anyone who has any documentation or knows what is specifically expected in this exam?
Thanks

Are you in Thailand? It will go much better if you have local help, eg one of the flying clubs. When I did it, it was pretty straightforward - multiple choice. But I may have had briefing notes from the Thai Flying club. Cant recall - it was a few years ago. But my entire study was reading the night before in a hotel room with beer & pizza.

I took it yesterday. It's basically the same as in other countries, with at least a couple of nasty questions you gotta get just right. Multiple choice, 16 questions, four options each, one correct one. I guess some of the questions could be Thailand specific. For example hour requirements for getting a PPL are different than under EASA (that was one question I got and messed up). I found what I believe to be all the regulations as they apply in Thailand on the ASEAN Aviation Integration Platform website under Depository > Rules > Thailand.
