Singapore airlines and Cathay Pacific first officer jobs

Noticed that both SQ and CX are hiring first officers.
would anyone have any insight into any of the following.
1. Salary package offered
2. Fleet placement
3. Upgrades
4. Work environment

This is actually not bad at all, so basically a Cathay f/o makes 11k USD or so a month? Why does everyone complain??

Hi,

I am a FAA certified multiengine commercial pilot with frozen ATPL, i have 300+ hours. I have applied for Second officer position in Singapore airlines, didn't get any reply. Am not sure, what am i missing on their requirements. Any insights would be highly appreciated.
