Only HKID holders, and Boeing rated??

The application form asks you to enter a HKID number , I guess that is a dealbreaker..

They say that they would give preference to those holding a HKID not that it was close

I think that is mandatory.

Application the Personality test from IAP online then expect interview if passed on the personality test.

Call Sunny... Go to front of queue that isn't long anyway. Also this is SEA not Fragrant Harbour... You'll find better answers there.
