Mixed Fleet Flying for A380 and A320 Japan

Does this mean airlines like JAL and ANA with a bit of negotiation with their unions, allow their pilots from their LCC's operate both the A320 and their mainline A350 and A380 types?

With 3x A380 fleet flying exclusively between Tokyo and Honolulu
it would be impossible to keep a pure A380 cadre landing qualified without many extra sim sessions
