Hello to you all, would you happen to know if there is an EASA authorised AME anywhere in China please?

Dr. Otremba in Hong Kong comes to mind, you can Google him for details.

If he is in China then O’Tremba won’t help him. He needs somebody inside of Mainland. He likely cannot even travel to Hong Kong unless he has a work permit/ID card and China will quarantine him when he returns. There are 2 or 3 CAAC Docs in Beijing who can do EASA and FAA medicals.

I don't believe anyone in O'trembas office can do the EASA medical right now. The doctors they had that could were UK registered and couldn't book an EASA medical until clarification happened post Brexit.

I tried and got denied a booking based on that.

If you can get down to Singapore, Dr Medora is good. A wonderful, kind AME.

Hi, did you ever track down an EASA AME doctor in China? I am in Shanghai and would like to renew mine. Thanks, Duncan.
