Does anyone knows an air line to joing as a cadet pilot. I have CPL/IR with 260 hrs on C 150.

I wasn't going to respond since I do not have anything helpful to say. Welcome to the hard cold scene of aviation, with plenty of jerks like A3twenty floating around.
You are definitely starting off late at your age, and you may want to try your region on the LCC first to gain footing, or the regional arms of any carriers with turboprop jobs to gain some useful hours.
