Captain minimum age in China/other Asian countries

Captain minimum age in China/other Asian countries
Hey guys,
I'm an FO in the states with command upgrade coming up next year on a regional jet. I've seen some NTR captain jobs that would hire me with my experience. Problem is ill be 23 next year, 24 by the time I have over 1000 pic. Would age be a disadvantage considering contract jobs in China, Japan non type rated DEC. Realistically, would I get rejected by most airlines for command positions because I'm not old enough? Appreciate your answers.
