Who are them and where are they based? They have advertisments both for low hour and experienced pilots on LPJ but have not been able to find much about them.

Look like another scam. there is no New Pacific Air, besides the company must have a huge fleet (looking for Commander, Rated on Airbus or Boeing family,A 319, A 320, A 330, A 340, B 737, B 767, B 747 and

SOunds like they changed their name. I think a few months ago a company under a different name was looking for the same type of pilots. inviting pilots to Indonesia and asking for money..

That was my suspicion, too. I applied to them out of curiosity, and straight away I was asked to state why I'd like to work for them and if I can afford a type rating.

Me too, I received the same email. I did not reply and they sent me the same email today... its sounds weird

They are sending invitations now for the longest interview ever: from 26th March to 7th April to be held in Jakarta.

A common idiotic question asked by common idiotic HR people. Simply reply by saying "Because I want a job."

I also want to be sure if they are a genuine and existing organization. I really can't find anything about them on the web.

I am quoting the email I received:

Dear Applicant,

Following the receipt of your application for the above post, I have
great pleasure in informing you that you have been short - listed and
therefore I would like to invite you for an interview which will start
from 26th March to April 7th, 2018.

The interview will be held at our Jakarta or Papua office. On arrival
please register at main reception where someone will come to assist you.

The purpose of the interview is to assess your suitability for the above
post, and give yourself and the interview panel, an opportunity to gain
further information before making a successful appointment. During the
interview process we may seek further clarification on information
provided to us on the application form.

The usual interview process will consist of;
45 Minutes Test Exercise
45 Minutes Panel Interview
10 Minutes Informal questions to panel from Candidate
15 Minutes Job description.

The selection process and interview questions have been structured
around the person specification and job description that were provided
to our job advert.

When attending your interview please can you ensure you bring with you
your original documents confirming your qualifications gained and at
least one form of identification for verification purposes, i.e. valid
passport.

Please ensure that you will attend the interview on time. In case if the
