After an investigative Economic Times of India article came out the 16th of December, previously disgraced CP Bernd Kai von Hoesslin seems innocent of all wrong doing on 9W469 on April 3rd.
The article seems to indicate a viscous media smear campaign by two people to drive him out of India. Which they managed on May 6th.
After 230 days the Jet Airways final Investigation was released to the Time of India and thus the article was written.
