Watch Hainan group airlines, they are the same type of mediocre English level 2 leaders and instructor pilots as the rest of Chinese airlines. Maybe Kunming not as polluted as Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai, but wi-fi strength is as strong as Chinese playing football, pleasant spring weather b/c of altitude and the perfect place to commute to other countries surrounding China, anything away from boring China is good to have. Good luck with your screening, agencies helping are experienced, but they hide the truth.
