All,
I apologize if this is not speicifc forum to talk about mileage however I value you guys' sage advise so here goes!
In your opinion what is a good 'cutoff' between paying cash and using mileage for best return of the buck assuming I can do both?
I have an option to fly to SIN (singapore) for about $1K round trip out of pocket or I can use 80K UA miles + $50-$75 fees for the same.
This equates to about $ 0.013/mile
Is that a good/bad conversion? Would I be better of to pay out of pocket for this purchase or use the miles?
