Vietnam Airlines / Vietjet Pilot Stream for Locals.
I am wondering if there are any Vietnamese pilots that lurk / post here and whether they would mind answering a few questions regarding how they gained positions within their airline. Also if there is anyone else in the know from second hand knowledge 
Namely:
Is entry into the airlines mostly through an airline organised cadetship? Are there any other options besides having military training?
What was involved in initial selection, what kind of knowledge did you require to pass the initial interview?
Where did you go to complete your training?
How popular is the pilot career amongst young Vietnamese and is it something only available to the rich?
Are there any programs or services in Vietnam that assist budding pilots in passing initial cadetship interviews?
