For the non rated A320 F/O contracts, does anyone happen to know how much the current 3 year training bond is?

Why does it matter how much?

Understand the so called "training bond" is nothing more than an instrument to indenture yourself to the company.

Companies that are desirable to work for don't play the training bond game.
