Well, good and bad points.The crew must have got a shock in the first place. Then the passenger is also to blame. Obviously most passengers did not pay attention to the safety briefing let alone reading the safety card. To make matters worse, passengers are fond of taking their bags/luggage whenever things like this happen. Grow up,stay alert and make things better for all
