Working for SIA - citizenship question

If one is chosen to work for SIA as an expat do they expect you go give up your citizenship and become a citizen of Singapore when your contract comes up for renewal? Also does Singapore allow dual citizenship?

remember they asked if you were willing to give up your citizenship (country of origin), for a command. not sure if expat capts are required to now days.

To the best of my knowledge, I understand that piority will be given to Singapore citizens when it comes to promotions.
