MY DCA
I tried doing this about 3 years ago and eventually gave up. I wrote to the CAA in the UK and paid for the letter that confirmed I was a CPL holder. This took a couple of months. Unfortunatrly t CAA did not copy me in and responded only to t DCA. When I went to Putrajaya my application was just short of t 500hour minimum. Fair enough I thought and came back a couple of months later. But then they told me that they could not find t CAA letter and I would have to start all over again.
I tried contacting t CAA to ask for a copy of t original letter but I never received a reply.
From memory apart from Air Law I think there is also a skills test. Although I may be wrong on that.
Good Luck !
