Singapore ATPL to DGCA ATPL Conversion

Dear All Aviators,
I have a valid Singapore ATPL and am looking to convert my ATPL to a DGCA ATPL, do I need to just clear the theory exams or must I also satisfy the hours requirement mentioned in the Application for ATPL ??
I am a bit confused because my case is a conversion of ATPL and not an initial issue of ATPL..
Can a humble soul answer and help me please.
I am currently working for an airline and all my ratings are current..
Many Thanks in advance and Best Wishes !
