Replacement of stolen CAAC ATPL
Wondering if anyone out there has had to replace their CAAC license, I'm sure it is not as simple as replacing an FAA license. I was told I would probably have to physically travel back to the issuing office in Xi'an (working outside China now). Would appreciate any insight.
