AI landing leaves 4 tyres out of breath!

Directorate General of Civil Aviation has ordered a probe into the landing that left four tyres out of breath or air in this case!

852 nm from VIDP - UTTT. 2+ hours. 12,300' LDA on longest runway. A bit of fuel dumping??? Perhaps. 4 blown tyres?!? I'm game.

All this with 6 monthly IAF medicals under their belts. I just can't understand it. Maybe they should be on 3 monthly medicals.
