Jet airways, Turkish airlines route

Could anyone tell me the routes which are scheduled for the Jet Airways 777's which Turkish are using.

I am almost certain that the routes are ones among the whole network and not specific ones. The Boeing 77W also covers intra European routes frequently and not too long ago I saw the VT- registered Boeing 77W at Brussels opf Turkish.
