Lao Airlines incident Paxse
Rumor I just heard a crash on or near Paxse. Any other info out there. No media coverage here and I'm in Laos.

My friend in Vientiane just phoned, said it was 'ATR, weather very bad here , 20 kilo out 'then down.' No other news yet

The news I have received is that on route Vientiane to Pakse, short of the runway 'maybe storm or very windy' the ATR went down 20 km short into a river
At this stage it is thought, fatalities include
Pilot 2
Crew 3
Passenger 44

No known survivors at this time
