Are they flying into other countries? If so might be worth dropping a report to the DCA of the Country they go to about no AOC etc etc. I guess the Lao DCA are in on this so no point reporting there or is it?

Maybe only Thailand if they fly.
they have AOC but it is a LAO AOC. They give it to them without need to satisfy any usual standards. Only money is needed to get one in this country.
noodle air, all the information they told you is correct and you are correct there is no reason to think about this airline even for one minute

if one of you still think of apply here, read what to expect.

you will have Ticha for chiefpilot. he was not allow to fly because cannot land safely.
you will have Tommas Mager for head training, FO with no jet time, and bad history in Jakarta accident and more, everyone in LAO know but they donot have any other one.
you will have no mechanic to saign aeroplane. head maintnenace has only experience with old Russia helicopters
you will have no salary paid most months,
you will pay for older mistakeswhen authoritys stop the aircaft when it land in bangkok

you will be sorry you come

Srikaew is not chief pilot, ceo only want him to sign for LDCA.
It is not Mager, it is Meyer or meyers. Ask Indonesia they know.

you are in Vientiane, you know.

x employees unhappy. All of them not one happy. so why ask if genuine? but unhappy because one person only. your friend. before, things was good, every body happy.

you pretend be smeone else. sign in forum yesterday, post many many funny comment for Dubai and india pilot to through probation in day, then say you are 747 capitain and now you look for work with Lao?

I think yu are Tomas, from small village in America. stop lies. soon Lao people will know details for you and your friend.

Trolling is not really acceptable either mate.

Makes no difference if you are named Bill or John.
Go ahead and take over this airline and reach for the skies if you can.

But this is a PROFESSIONAL PILOT forum, trying to save people from making the wrong moves, or repeating mistakes others have paid for earlier.
So do help your fellow pilots here.

If you guys have a personal conflict (obviously you do judging from all the posts) keep it like this. There is a lot of spite evident in many of the posts, including relevant threads.
But try addressing the 4000+ viewers with honesty and reply to the allegations and rumors with facts that can be supported. This will help everyone.

Trying to stir the pot and pretend you are someone else will eventually get you in trouble wherever you are. I am sure this small country there is monitoring all internet traffic and will be able to identify you sooner or later.
I briefly visited recently and you can tell they have a firm grip on everything and everyone in their sovereignty. I am amazed that these expats there could make it out in time after all the accusations I am reading of.

Is any of these true?
Will fellow pilots really get in trouble by joining just because they committed the crime of being desperate for a paying job these difficult days?

By what we read and what you say, you should be able to give some honest and verifiable opinion.
It really is no crime to admit past mistakes and try the right way this time. It is a crime to try to hide them and repeat them tenfold, affecting innocent people though. So whatever they pay you don't play this role. You will have to work elsewhere in the future, and the locals there will not help you. It is the expat pilot community that you can help that will (might) follow you in your career.

By the way, I don't know who you are, or who they are trying to reveal or whathaveyou, but if anyone in the right mind believes 10% of these threads, or contacts one of the members and verifies them, then you'd better change a lot of things there if you want to attract any real pilots.
Otherwise you'll get monkeys.

So , anybody actually know what's happening ?
The 737's still flying , at least to VLLB .... OK , I wonder why and who's mad enough to go on that . I'd personally rather drive for 8 hours but ....
The SSJ100 has been looking pretty lonely for a while , parked next to the L410 and Duke's wrecks .
Coffin Corner or soon to be reborn ? Anything's possible I guess ....

LCA

Latest Rumor has one lad confirming NG on the way.....Poor chap did not say that it was coming the LCA way however.

Apparently, the latest news has the current management shopping for Boeings. But securing the beast and shopping for one are quite different.

Not much will happen until the "fat lady" quits singing.

As well, heard the remaining Moscow Mousetrap will grace the ramp for an unspecified amount of time.

I did inquire about the latest invitation for Boeing crew, but wasn't given much meaty info on contractual terms.

Anyone care to offer a bit of info?

Seems the latest thing from Airlines that they want a Degree. Turkish ask for that for an FO to be able upgrade to Capt as another example. Guess Lao want to look

Not compare turkish arilines with LCA!

maybe they want look clever, but every children in Lao knows they are stupid.

now they accept back a snake Thai captain with license problem in his country, bad history in India and famous about making money from LCA. He is one that make them buy the two old 737 that cannot fly anymore.
This pilot took half milion dollar in his pocket for chosing these aeroplanes and now LCA will loose 5-6 million dollar!!!!

he bring the other pilot that cannot land and fail many times Thai license make him capitain! now hire more pilot without papers and lie document!!! he take money from them to let them fly for LCA.
I thins one is Mayer and one is him, Apitchai. that pretend someone else like Lokee and goingmanual.

no too much time, company will be close with them. now Thai DCA got letter about second aircraft that fly without maintenace and will ground Apitchai if go to bkk because his license is also revoke, caanot aallow to fly!!!

that is reason they disapear from forum after uncoverd.

lao people don't heve to need you. Lao pepole dont want you, be you think you ar smarting more, you shall go ware they want you. Us not heve to need distrust like you. Yous ar not good humens. You do much problem and no work much, but ask many much salarie. fly jus 4 day and rest for you say tired. But only 4 hour fly in day. go from lao with jetarplane , ware not need you never. USSR maybe not never ask you come hone. use ar bad for lao pepole . shall go farfast to leeve lao.

The non payment of salaries is true, I heard from ex Cabin crew friend no pay for 3 month's for starters.
