PAL Express: A320 to Dash-8???

Heard this from the grapevine over at the CAAP.

Is PAL Express in need of pilots for their Bombardiers, so much so that they're offering applicant low timer A320 type rated pilots to downgrade to their Dash-8s? Apparently, not very many are biting (obviously...) so management is considered expats for their turbo-props.

Sorry, wasn't able to get any other details, and hearing this just really piqued my curiosity. Anyone here from the former AirPhil Express who can shed some light? Or is this just the usual carabao-**** we're used to hearing from the hallowed halls of the CAAP?

nothing on the hiring radar for expats from 2P just yet. let's give it a month or so to verify this.
