Rumour: JAL Looking at 20 A350s to reduce reliance on Boeing

This makes tremendous sense from a risk management standpoint. Boeing don't deserve all of JAL's business after this incredible 787 DEBACLE. I hope JAL will get good compensation as well from Boeing for these continuing delays.

  1. Japan Airlines may buy about 20 A350 jets from Airbus for around 400 billion yen ($4.23 billion), the Nikkei daily reported on Sunday, a move that would reduce its reliance on Boeing.
