My advice would be to stay way way away from any operation in Bangladesh. Regent has been trying for quite a while to get bigger and expand beyond Bangladesh. Up to this time it has not been successful.

One privately owned Airline, GMG, went out of business last year and to date still owe the 30+ Ex Pat Pilots a total of $875,000 USD.

Unless you are prepared to be abused and probably later stiffed, a pass on this would be well advised.
