Cool New Lao Airline (LCA) any info?

Hi, Does anyone have any first hand info on the first Private Airline in Lao "Lao Central Airlines" at the moment running 2x737-400s? Employment T&Cs working environment etc......any info apreciated.

Capt with -400 experience......New Contract terms

6K / 60 hours / 33 per hour ot
NO accommodation
NO ride free on LCA airplane
NO per diem
Must have fresh PC
Must pay for own VISA

F/O

4k / 60 hours

You would be surprised, there are some people out there that feel that paying for training, not getting paid for months, accepting whatever changes to their contracts is the only way to get a job.

They will get just what they want and deserve . I feel sorry for the paying passengers .

I was talking to the OPS Manager/Chief pilot daily for a while then when he found out my last flight was with Astraeus over a year ago I never heard anything again...MY LPC was done only done 6 weeks ago so didint think it would be too much of a problem...

SSJ100

does any body know somephing about SSJ100 and f/o opening position for it? T/condition ? when they be hireing ?
