Air Odisha started operation on 1st Nov(or could be 2nd Nov), and as what I have heard they have taken one aircraft on lease with crew from some other company

Ventura Airconnect gave them aircraft on wet lease.... I warned long back bout airodisha's hiring is sham... some one deleted the entire Thread.
