recency in india

hi guys
i had got my cpl ME _IR last yr aftr a lotta struggle

now i have the daunting task of maintaining currency of my licence.
if any one could help me by suggesting how should i maintain currency on my licence
what i make out from this is that
i have to maintain my IR by flying a few hours around 1.5 hrs since
cpl , ME and SE are all endorsed on licence till approx 2015

1. what if i do my ir recency on single engine ? how would that affect my job prospectus ? since i have heard is all airline wanting all licences to be valid for applying . but doing ir recency on single will still make my licence fully valid ?

heard tht indigo wants ME-IR to b valid at the time of evn applying for exams ?
but doing recency on multi will only help if i hav a job opportunity on pa 34 ?

2. if i hav to do on multi pls suggest any good school which does recency as fast as possible without any hassles ? and how many hours ?

You can only get ur IR on which u r endorsed on license.
And also, for indigo, u need Valid IR, need not be current IR.

what is the diffrence between a valid ir and a current ir ?
since i hav c 172 also endorsed on my licence .wats difficulty wil i face if i dont do ir recency on multi ?
